Happy Father's Day!

We went out to dinner at the Waterloo Inn for Father's Day.  Oompah and me were having a drinking game.  Isn't he cute the way he copies me?

A fairy-tale ending to a visit to the zoo

We went to the Sacramento Zoo and Fairy Tale Town today!  Here are some pictures to get you started.   We'll send some more tomorrow! These are some of the zoo pictures.  We'll send the rest of these and the Fairy Tale Town pics tomorrow.

Mar Mar cracked up when she saw this picture!  Don't ask me why! She says the giraffe in the background looks like it is copying Oompah's "pose".

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!  Ready to find some eggs?

I started out early Easter morning at the cabin.  You have to have the right clothes up there!

And the right tools!  Notice the bucket and the rake?  Check out the boots!

Not even a billy goat could find those eggs!

It's much easier at home, but I have to be careful not to get my clothes dirty!

Mar-Mar knows how to hide the eggs so I can find them!

Oompah says he loves this picture of the "two babies" in his family!  I like this one, too!  I love Auntie Sarah!

Dennis the Menace Park in Monterey



Just as I promised last week, here's more pictures from Monterey taken last week.  I had a chance to go with Boompah and Mar Mar to Dennis the Menace park, then we drove along the coast a bit to Asilomar State Beach, where they let me climb on the rocks and play in some tide pools!  Boompah and Mar Mar say they had just as much fun as I did!

Our drive up the coast was pretty.

Boompah showed me how to climb the rocks so I wouldn't fall,

And then Mar Mar takes me down to the tide pools the "easy way".

Boompah says it's never too early to start that rock and seashell collection!

Playing in the tide pools is fun!  You find all kinds of stuff in there!



On the ride home, I couldn't resist playing "put the stickers on Mommy's hands" game!

OK, that was our trip!  I'm still talking about it!  Even if nobody can understand what I'm saying!

I was so excited this past weekend!  I got to spend time with Mommy, Mar Mar, "Boompah" (yes, I have officially changed his name!), Sarah and Tony at the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Dennis the Menace park.  Sorry I don't have any pictures of Dennis the Menace park, but Boompah hasn't had a chance to get those pictures downloaded yet.  But I've still got pictures of the trip I took to the aquarium with Mommy, Sarah and Tony.  I was so excited at every exhibit, I was shaking!  Aunt Sarah was cracking up! (Like she's never seen a kid so excited before!)

This is called a "leafy sea dragon".  Auntie Sarah thinks this is the coolest thing ever--and dares anyone to think otherwise!



It was a long, fun day!  Sarah had to take a nap!  Ha ha, just kidding!

Happy New Year, everybody!  Not many pictures this time (yet!) but you can see we had fun.  Sorry you couldn't be here, Oompah!  Maybe next year.

A week in December

So, you all know that December is MY month!  First my birthday on the 18th, then Christmas just a week later.  You know I make out like a bandit!

Mmmm, I wonder what I got for Christmas?

I can't think of Christmas yet!  I've still got my birthday to get through!

Oompah says I'M the best present anybody could get!
